Mah Jongg is enjoying explosive growth this millenium and tournament play is reaching a fever pitch.

Several organizations are running competitive 3 and 4 day Mah Jongg Tournaments all over the USA. The major players in the "Maahj" Tournament business are Dorothy and Larry Krams of Sarasota, Florida.

Tournaments are held annually in Las Vegas and near Atlantic City as well as twice a year in Deerfield, IL, and 4 times a year in Southeast Florida. Each tournament is replete with loads of cash prizes (in proportion to the number of players), special gifts for all as well as bonus prizes galore.

Scorekeeping is guaranteed to be 100% accurate using the ONLY computerized scorekeeping system approved by the NATIONAL MAH JONGG LEAGUE.

Their company, "MAH JONGG MADNESS" runs 8 tournaments annually and has been in the busines for almost 20 years.

The parent company, SPECIALTY CRUISES INTERNATIONAL, Inc. has been organizing the National Mah Jongg League's Annual International Championship at Sea since 1986. The event is called MAH JONGG CRUISE and is celebrating the 20th anniversary cruise from December 3-10, 2005 aboard the Royal Caribbean Liner Navigator of the Seas.
